Led strategy and delivery of a modern Microsoft Fabric–based data platform, leading a cross-functional team and owning roadmap, governance, vendor management, and OPEX/CAPEX planning. Drove cost-efficient operations and helped identify significant OPEX savings.

Insurance

Conducted technical analysis of a large legacy data solution, defining a shutdown and migration roadmap that enabled significant cost savings and reduced operational risk.
